These terms govern your use of Involums (the “service”) operated by Scenario Developers Ltd. By creating an account you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials private and for activity under your tenant. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to submit invoices that misrepresent the underlying transaction, and to comply with NRS e-invoicing rules and applicable law.
3. Plan + billing
Paid plans renew automatically. Upgrades are prorated and effective immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
4. Data retention
We retain invoice records for the legally required seven-year window per Nigerian tax law, even after account closure.
